Our director’s story began in 1989 in the Banking Industry, we then moved into Executive Hires and the Healthcare Industry. We had a vision for how an employer paid recruiting and placement service could “make a difference” and we did!
 

We started a recruitment agency in 1992 that lead the way by offering a high level of hires. Our clients needed a fast, efficient way to put the right employees to work without the hassle of hiring direct. Solomon Cartwright offered the perfect solution.  


The mission we set for ourselves in 1992 – “to make a difference” – continues to inspire the Solomon Cartwright team today. When we help our client’s achieve a business goal or solve a staffing challenge, we know we’ve made a difference!
